Echinacea angustifolia Root Extract
Echinacea angustifolia, also known as narrow-leaved coneflower, is a herb with numerous benefits:
Immune system function
Reduces severity and duration of colds, flu, and respiratory infections
Anti-inflammatory properties
To work with Echinacea angustifolia tincture:
Children:
Take at the first sign of symptoms!!!! I only like to work with Echinacea angustifolia root tincture in acute situations. Mostly for bacterial infections. If a bacterial infection is suspected, I like to work with one drop for every 2 pounds of body weight every 30 minutes-1 hour during waking hours. If your child wakes in the night, I would administer then as well. You will usually work with a lot of tincture during the day. I do this until the infection symptoms have subsided. This is my approach for both children and adults.
Adults:
See above children’s instructions.
Take at the first sign of symptoms
General Guidelines:
Shake the tincture bottle well before use.
Store in a cool, dark place.
Precautions:
Echinacea may interact with certain medications, such as immunosuppressants and blood thinners.
If you have autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Echinacea may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women; consult a healthcare professional before use.
Tips:
Combine Echinacea tincture with other natural remedies, like vitamin C or elderberry, for enhanced benefits.
Bacterial infections, begone! This is my go-to. This herb has saved me more times than I can count!
